We fufil orders from our own warehouse in Chipping Norton in Sydney. Customers are welcome to stop by and pick up orders if they please. Our hours of operation are weekdays 8am until 4pm. We do not fufil orders on weekends or on public holidays.
General rules (but not guarantees) for your expectations:
- Order before 10am on a weekday and you are likely to get your order dispatched the same day
- We will fufil most orders made before 3pm each day (depending on what you have ordered, bulk and custom takes longer for fufilment). Courier might only stop by once in a given day and may mean the order is pickup for delivery the next business day (we can't control this)
- Orders placed on Friday afternoon will most likely be picked up by the courier on the Monday.
- Orders placed on the weekend will be fufilled the next workday (likely Monday)
- Orders placed on a public holiday will be fufiled the next workday.
We can intervene in the event of shipping and fufilment issues, but you must get confirmation via email or via phone from a sales/service rep. Intervention requires rapid action so it is advised to give us a call from 8am. Phones are answered immediately, emails are read chronologically. Call us to jump the queue!
