Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?
We're unable to schedule orders for a specific delivery or dispatch date. All orders are collected and fulfilled immediately upon placement — we don't offer order holding, storage, or custom fulfilment scheduling.
Why can't you hold my order for a later dispatch date?
Our fulfilment process is designed to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. This means every order is picked, packed, and dispatched right away. We don't have the ability to queue orders for a future dispatch date unless you are a wholesale partner with a custom fulfilment arrangement in place.
What if I need my order to arrive by a specific date?
No problem — you just need to plan ahead! Here's how:
- Start with your desired arrival date.
- Check our shipping timeline estimates for your chosen shipping method and destination.
- Count backwards from your arrival date by the number of shipping days shown.
- Place your order on or before that date to give your parcel enough time to arrive.
For example, if you need your order by Friday and standard shipping takes 3 business days, you should place your order no later than Tuesday.
